Cecil Dorsett Jr.
Network Architect
Mr. Cecil Dorsett serves as Chairman of the Alpha Impact Charitable Foundation (AICF), where he leads strategic efforts to advance community service, health equity, and educational access. With a professional background in IT network architecture and a deep passion for civic engagement, he brings forward-thinking leadership to the foundation’s mission. Under his guidance, the organization has expanded outreach efforts and forged impactful partnerships across public and private sectors. Mr. Dorsett is dedicated to creating inclusive, sustainable programs that empower underserved communities through education, access, and advocacy

Nakiea Williams
Director of Supply Chain Management
Mr. Nakiea Williams has over 16 years of expertise in operations and supply chain management, currently serving in leadership at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital, where he drives efficiency and impact across critical hospital functions. A passionate leader and dedicated servant, Mr. Williams channels his talents beyond the workplace—uplifting communities through his board service with the AICF and mentorship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. His unwavering commitment to excellence, both professionally and personally, inspires those around him to lead with purpose and integrity.

Dr. Michael L. McFrazier
Sr. Vice President for Strategy & Transformation
Dr. Michael L. McFrazier is a visionary educator and transformational leader who currently serves as Senior Vice President for Strategy and Transformation at Prairie View A&M University. With over 25 years of service at PVAMU—including roles as Interim President and Provost—he has led groundbreaking initiatives that advance academic excellence and minority male achievement. A lifelong advocate for equity and mentorship, Dr. McFrazier founded impactful programs such as the M.A.L.E. Mentoring Program and the Impact Leadership Academy. He brings over 30 years of dedicated leadership and service to the community which is directly aligned with AICF's mission.

L. Gregory Dorsey
​Founder and CEO of LMD Coaching
Mr. L. Gregory Dorsey serves as the current AICF fundraiser chairman, a purpose-driven leader, wellness advocate, and entrepreneur who inspires others to Live More Daily—spiritually, physically, and holistically. As Founder of LMD Coaching and a nationally certified Health Coach, he has empowered hundreds across the nation and abroad to transform their lives through discipline, faith, and intentional living. With over 20 years in business and real estate, and decades in ministry and education, Gregory brings wisdom, integrity, and vision to his role as Board Director for AICF. His leadership is rooted in action, compassion, and a deep commitment to health equity and community uplift.

Dr. Marcus D. Benoit
​Assistant Professor and Practicum Education Director
Dr. Benoit serves as the current AICF scholarship chairman and is an accomplished educator, nonprofit strategist, and advocate for social justice and community empowerment. With a distinguished background in social work, organizational management, and higher education, he brings deep expertise in leadership development and equitable program design. His research, leadership, and programmatic work in HIV prevention and care have helped expand access to health resources for underserved populations. Dr. Benoit’s commitment to service, drives AICF's mission to uplift communities through education, public health, and social impact.

Marshall Vance
​Territory Manager
Mr. Marshall Vance serves as the current AICF Treasurer, and as a professional he is the current Territory Manager for Cagent Vascular where he brings a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for innovation to every aspect of his work. Holding a degree in Radiological Sciences and possessing extensive hands-on experience in endovascular treatment; Mr. Vance combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to drive meaningful impact. He is deeply committed to advancing AICF's mission of empowering underserved communities through education, mentorship, and health equity.

Marcus A. Roland
Controller
Mr. Marcus Roland serves as the current Financial Secretary, a seasoned business executive with a proven track record of executing complex board directives that drive organizational growth and operational turnaround. With extensive expertise in accounting, audit compliance, budgeting, finance, and IT, he excels in maximizing revenue, minimizing costs, and identifying inefficiencies to position organizations for long-term success. A culturally sensitive leader, he fosters inclusive, team-oriented environments that empower high performance. As a U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Roland brings disciplined leadership and a deep commitment to advancing the mission of AICF through social impact and education.

Wayne Oliver Jr.
HR Representative
Mr. Wayne Oliver is an empathetic and proactive Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development. He brings a people-centered approach to leadership, grounded in fairness, accountability, and strategic communication. Mr. Oliver has built a reputation ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards and his expertise in aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals has made him an invaluable asset both professionally and within the community.

Christon “Chris” K. Butler
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Chris Butler is a seasoned public servant with nearly 20 years of experience, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Houston Public Works. He helped establish a lasting framework to support student achievement through education. Passionate about youth empowerment, he also serves as mentoring chair for the 100 Black Men of Metropolitan Houston and contributes to several community boards focused on education and development.
